Firstly, we were given the wrong residence, which was inferior to the one we paid for. We only noticed after unpacking and the young lady at reception had no interest in helping us turn it back around.
As we had been given the wrong residence, we were also charged the wrong tourist tax. There were 3 of us for 3 days and the wrong residence had 6 people for 7 days. We were charged the greater amount. I raised this with the same receptionist. Of course, she had no interest in helping and said she would get someone to get in touch. No one did.
Due to all of this, we were unable to get to the restaurant before 8.30, where we were told that there were no more availability. Have driven all day, this wasn
