We have been comming to this camp site long before Sandaya took over. More than 15 years in fact. ( We were there when you bought it, I believe!).

In the days when it was driven by the municipality it was if not excelent still very OK. Our hope was that once you took over you would gave the muscles to make it a fabulous place.

However, we have realized that since the first day it has been degrading. The minor faults and defects in the service areas that has been there for years have never been correctet. Obvious dangerous fault like electric fuse boxes that can not be closed properly are still defect. Cleaning of toilet building is not done regularly- we notet that some days it was not done, some it was done once and some it was done twice a day. Apparently you have ambitions to have a quality management system but some of the records (washing machines) have never been filled out. (ie never checked ?)
Everybody has to wear a silly bracelet for entrance control, but we never met someone who checked it. At the same time the gate at the entrance has not been working since Sandaya took over.
Even though we like the area we will try to find a replacement for Les Jardins de Privas
