swimming pool very clean & warm The lifeguard team are a credit to Sandaya not only skilled as lifeguards but as physical coaches aqua gym. they look after you very well especially with having a back problem.
Sanitation very clean the cleaning staff again are a credit to you they clean to a very high standard
Restaurant very good and value for money good food good wine
Animation well you can do better needed at least some live music and in the past you have presented a very good team show... Have a look at your past few years entertainment programmes and look to improve for the rest of this year as you are an international campsite more of your animation should be bi lingual as communicaton at times was difficult expressing to the Netherlands Germany and English speaking holiday makers
