Difficult to convey feelings in this survey. I have checked sad face when it?s really not that bad but I couldn?t check happy face because there are simple improvements which could make the stay a whole lot better.
All staff we encountered about any issues were very pleasant which is a big part of great customer service.
The accomodation
The outside space hs not been cleaned prior to arrival and tables and chairs and deck area were pretty grimy but easily dealt with. The bedrooms space is very tight, especially the double bedroom where we had to shuffle sideways down side of bed ( and we aren?t large adults!).
Entertainment
What we went to was good but it was a shame that the exact same entertainment was repeated the second week of our holiday. Bar and restaurant staff were brilliant. It was a shame that there was no facility to go to the bar ourselves to buy a drink and had to wait for the table service staff to take our order even when it clearly wasn?t very busy and there were staff behind the bar.
Pool area
Really nice pool area and we normally always got loungers (3 families with teenage children so no need to use infant side of pool area). However this was when the site wasn?t really busy. I wouldn?t like to see the situation if is was really full or if the weather had been better. It was a shame that our kids also seemed to be somewhat targeted by one of the female attendant who spoke gruffly to them on a number of occasions but didn?t seem to reprimand other children doing exactly the same things in the pool ( and nothing that was a serious safety hazard). A little more inconsistency and respect would be appreciated!
Overall we have really enjoyed your campsite on the three occasions that we have been here and think there is a great balance of value for money and quality of provision so please accept this constructive criticism without seeing it as overly negative. We love Sandaya!!
