We had very nice experience, we liked a lot. However there were some things that worked really bad. First, when we wanted some support or information, nobody tried to help. We had some questions regarding the activities, in the entrance we were asked to get the App. Once we were able to get the App, it was not clear at all, when we asked again in the entrance we were told to go somewhere else. There was nobody there. When we tried to ask the staff they did not help, we needed to find people with yellow shirt, so the people with orange shirt or green could not help. It was like a gymkana. I understand there are people specialized, but it is not normal they are not willing to help the people. Secondly, the lights of the toilets in the covered swimming pool did not work. Perhaps for that, people peed outside so there was a horrible smell of urines. Nobody seemed to care, nobody solved it, nobody cleaned it (perhaps they did not wear the corresponding colour of the shirt?). It was incredibly annoying and unhygienic.
