Further to our recent experience with your company, I would have to say I am not very happy with the customer service that I received. We had a booking for the 3rd July for 5 nights and due to the riots in Paris we wanted to change to a different Sandaya resort as we decided not to take our children into Paris. We where due to go to DisneyLand and they had been advising customers that they would be closing early due to the riots to allow customers and employees to get home safely. Having extreme trouble contacting your company on a Sunday, I finally got speaking to someone on the phone who was very rude and said that we could not change campsites and we would lose all our money for the booking. Disneyland gave me a refund right away without a hesitation when i explained the situation to them and Huttopia who we had booked another campsite with, were able to change our booking without question to another one of their campsites. Shame your company were so inflexible.
