The best thing about the campsite is the location. We paid extra for site by the Seine, no views of it, why tell people it?s extra because it is next to the river and show a picture online of views of the Seine? Immediate disappointment. Other pitches were cramped and claustrophobic. Toilets and showers - dirty, smelly, shower cold, not impressed. Too few facilities for the size of the site. Pool was too small for the size of the site, but ok. Shocked we had to pay for WiFi on such an expensive site, this should be included. Would we stay again? Probably, because we are self contained in a campervan and it is in a good location. I definitely would not rent a cottage as I have zero confidence that it would be up to the standard of living I expect in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.
