The front of house staff were amazing, constantly interested in the customer well-being ,especially a young lady called, Kayssa.
Other than that is is a badly run site with management not taking responsibility. I refer to the constant dirt of the site, especially the greywater area which is a constant myre of stagnant water, nobody ever attempted to sweep it into an inadequate drain. Motorhome and caravans were constantly dirty because the roads around the site are poorly constructed, mud everywhere and no hard standing pitches.
When I attempted to speak to management Iwas told they were not available, front of house had to put up with a lot.
This site should be down graded to a 3* as even the shower area which was reasonable clean had adequate facilities available to able body let alone disabled people.
