Very disappointed with the lack of services available for example Pool was out of action for 2 days
also the fountain part worked for 2 hours in the 1 week .
we were overcharged 6 times in the restaurant and we had to get the bill resolved each time.
We were there 3 days and the previous tenants towels still had not been taken away from the deck outside our accommodation.
We went to the main office with all of these and got no satisfaction In fact we just felt ignored.
