We stayed in May on a camping pitch. The view of the river was lovely. The bar, restaurant and pool were excellent as was the staff and the shop was well stocked, the shopkeepers very cheery and very helpful.
The camping pitch itself was very disappointing, it rained during our stay and the rainwater ran into our camping pitch flooding it. It became very muddy and waterlogged. There appeared to be no attempt at all by Sandaya to make these emplacements suitable for awnings or tents.
