3 night stay in August 2025

We stayed for 3 nights, the site had a nice atmosphere, clean and tidy, swimming complex nice, accommodation modern and everything you would need. There is opportunity to ride bikes around the site but not ideal to ride out with children from where the site is located if that was an intention without main roads. Unfortunately we had a disagreement over what is included in the cost, I am convinced I paid for an end of stay clean (booked online) I certainly paid a higher price than what was quoted for accommodation alone but have no evidence to prove I have otherwise over paid. I’m pretty unhappy as a substantial amount was taken from the security deposit after departure (no notification of this as stated online and more than the cost of standard cleaning fee)I by no means left the lodge in a state, stripped beds, bins out, towels in bag provided but didn’t do floors as I had thought I’d included an end of stay clean (I would never leave somewhere if I thought it had to be as found) It was the reason I had opted for this company over a euro camp as I didn’t want to be cleaning at the end of my stay. There does not seem to be any negotiation on this and has left me feeling very unhappy and put me off using this company again as I feel there has been some kind of error and I have had no further response
