A tad disappointing when comparing with two previous visits. Electricity on pitch failed on three occasions which we had to walk to reception to report. Not an ideal situation. Attendance to resolve the matter was relatively quick by tge technical team but nonetheless an inconvenience. The application of rules concerning use of swimming aids was inconsistent. Our granddaughter, under adult supervision, was not allowed the use of a small swimming ring to assist her. Five minutes later there were two lifeguards talking abd sitting by their shed hut and immediately in front of them, in the pool was a child of similar age, perhaps slightly older, using an identical swimming aid. On other occasions during their stay they used tge swimming aid without anyone challenging. I did look for the published rules abd coukd see no reference to such swimming aids being forbidden ? It seems therefore that
individual members of staff seemed to interpret / apply their own rules and standards. If there was a threat to safety I could understand it but there wasn?t on tge occasions I witnessed.
