Found a dead bird in decay in the wardrobe

Found a dead bird in the wardrobe of the master bedroomon on the last day. We had paid for a premium accommodation (Bali chalet).I went immediately to reception to voice my concern but was very dissapointed with the management response. There was no empathy at all or no sign of interest. It was silence.... just listening to my complaint and waiting for me to leave . This is not the standard we expected in a premium accommodation of a 5 star campsite.
