The accommodation (COTTAGE GREEN SQUARE 4p) was very clean and appeared to be brand new and was nice. Unfortunately the green square is extended to that advertised in the web video and we were in a more cramped Garden Square, this is not what we expected or wanted. I had complained at the desk within 24 hours of arrival informed that no refunds possible.
The resort itself is nice with good facilities, but the mosquitos in the garden square were unbearable. We therefore left a few nights into our stay and lost half a week or so cost.
