Campsite really did not match expectations. Not Very Premium and Not Very Relaxing.

Campsite really did not match expectations. Booked a premium chalet and it was far from that. not very clean and furniture was cheap. numerous items were broken or needed TLC around the chalet. Campsite did not match the online marketing but was pleasant. Staff were ok but did not seem particularly welcoming and were not really interested in hearing any feedback about the above items and offered no solutions. Generally campsite was more for teens than families with young kids. Beach is not as close as it looks and is a difficult access (downs steps and across rocks) Pool area was really really nice as was Soulac (very pretty), which was saved it.
