Not the holiday we hoped for
Error in booking - this cannot be seen by the client and therefore, on arrival we had to pay additional monies and inconvenience. Your ?book to be next to? system fails when consecutive accommodation numbers are not side by side. It was not a good start. Thereafter things improved, distances within the site can be huge and this led to a lot of walking. We felt safe with vehicles but cyclists were often careless and selfish.
We found your staff to be pleasant and helpful with one huge exception. Our granddaughter was injured when in the care of the kid?s club due to a lack of care and attention by said staff, we were thankfully close enough to witness this event. Although reported at the time to both the KC staff and to reception (to Philippine), there was no follow up and no one cared to enquire about her.
