The site is not fit for purpose at the moment as it is in a state of reconstruction. It is appalling. I booked 7 nights but only stayed 4 and was refused a refund.
In normal circumstances I can accept the no refund policy, but given the state of the site, circumstances are not normal and a refund should have been given.
