I booked the taxi at 16H55 and we started at 17H24 in Paris. He didn't know the neighborhood. A truck blocked my street but I didn't see it. I had to call the taxi driver, he didn't come to the idea, to call me. I had to explain him the way to take to rejoin me in another place. He needed 5 mn to enter his password into the account to see the way. I missed my train, I couldn't join Kapten with my phone. I had to pay myself a knew ticket (95 euros) and they didn't propose me any reimbursement. Just a discount of "200 points" when you need 1000 to get a free drive. Never again!!!!
