Eveything was very good. laurence was especially helpful throughout and her speaking english helped us. the technician, phillipe was very good and his efforts in getting to us early one morning after his long journey was much appreciated. the only suggestion we make is that from our first contact, the first appointment we were offered was many weeks away. we would have liked to have had a technician visit within two weeks.
