Worst company I tried

I tried a round trip for going into Milan, it's very disappointing. Bus late each time, of course no Wi-Fi or confort but you can deal with it. You are forced to print your ticket, theyre asking you to come 30min earlier for no reason. I didnt take it for the return, cause bus was never coming, and finally nobody was here around to inform. I eventually booked Flixbus (the most reliable of them all, certainly) in the Last minute. It saved my trip back. For getting refund, good luck... Services are stubborn and difficult to contact.
