Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
A family member paid $350 for an overnight shipment. Eight days later, the package still has not arrived.
I have spoken with six different representatives. Every day I am promised that the package will be delivered “today,” yet nothing happens. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get answers. Each representative claims the issue has been escalated to management, but not a single manager has contacted me.
What is most frustrating is not just the delay—it is the complete lack of accountability. FedEx accepted payment for an overnight service, failed to provide the service that was promised, and then left us chasing answers for more than a week.
If this disastrous level of customer service is expected after paying $350 for overnight delivery, consumers should reconsider where they spend their money. In my experience, DHL has been significantly more professional, responsive, and reliable.
A company that charges premium prices should provide premium service. FedEx has done neither.
