I went to the hairdresser of Ferney Voltaire to do a haircoloring 2 times.
The lady named Charlotte was very unprofessional. Litteraly screming on me as i could not understand her explanation. I could not even show her a picture of what i wanted as she was very upset. She is apparently the responsible of the salon.
I waisted my money and my time for a desastrous result.
I would not recommend this salon as no one could help. The satff was of course standung by the responsible and laughing.
I don't understand how we can be so rude when we work in servicing clients.
The satff should be trained to learn how to better respond to the clients requests/queries.
