Never use this platform again
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received regarding the cancellation of my membership with Opodo. The process was unnecessarily difficult, confusing, and time-consuming.
I faced long wait times, poor communication, and a lack of proper assistance from customer support. Despite clearly requesting to cancel my membership, the issue was not handled efficiently, which caused frustration and inconvenience.
Customers should not have to struggle to cancel a subscription or membership. I expected a transparent and professional service, but unfortunately my experience was the opposite.
This experience has seriously affected my trust in Opodo, and I hope the company improves its cancellation process and customer support in the future.
