A complete disaster!!!! Almost 6 months without fiber = no working EFT. I was given a backup box that doesn't work. I'm forced to get a box from my bank with exorbitant commissions. Meanwhile, my EFT subscription continues to work as well as the ORANGE subscription. In the end: almost 6 months to repair the fiber. Crazy bills (EFT subscription, ORANGE, bank card commissions). And ORANGE only reimburses me for my ORANGE subscription!!!! ???? Indeed, it's written in the T&Cs. It's a disgrace and theft!!!!! You cannot deliver the service that was subscribed to. I find a solution on my own to overcome your incompetence and the bill is on me ???? INCOMPETENT THIEVES. Close your platforms abroad and train dedicated and professional people in France. The managers: get out! I'm leaving you as soon as possible. SCAMMER.
