DO NOT TRUST THEM OR COUNT ON YOUR RESERVATION BEING HONORED. I booked an apartment managed by Poplidays through Booking.com. After booking, I contacted the company directly to confirm that the price quoted was correct, and that my booking was confirmed. They responded that they had reviewed the cost, and that the price I paid would be honored. TWO FULL WEEKS later, they decided that the price was incorrect and they wanted to cancel. I suspect that the owner of the apartment got a better offer. To make things worse, they refused to cancel by saying they had made a pricing 'error' - instead they FALSELY and FRAUDULENTLY claimed that my credit card was invalid. DISHONEST and SHADY.
