I booked a place for our skiing holiday last year, which I found from Homepage. The booking went via a German site to this agent, which apparently are subletting too. Due to COVID we cannot take our skiing holiday and Poplidays refuses to pay our deposite back even though there are no ski lifts and French boarder is closed. There excuse is that the resort is open, clearly to local residence only. Everyone else I know have been refunded their deposite and only poplidays are the only company refusing to follow the same guidelines. We go every year to the same resort and I even suggested if we can move it to next year but they said no. I will make sure everyone I know never books with Poplidays.

Im sorry if there was any misunderstanding. As you are living in Great Britain and not allowed to travel at the moment due to COVID we do accept a free cancellation. We already informed our partner E-domozil.
