it's just a trap. and please, please, never buy anything on Rakuten. Just in December, I was full to buy an objective canon 24-70. 1200 euros. new. it arrived in a nice box. Guarantee 24 months. I started to use it and noticed several problems which were amplified in two months. sure, Rakuten gives you 6 weeks to realise if there are problems. But in my case, it systematically happens to appear after. I contacted Rakuten since I should be on guarantee for 24 months. and the answer arrived that it is not their responsibility and I had to get "M-pow " who was, in fact, the main vendeur!!!! as you understand I discovered that "M-pow" is an enterprise of 2000 euro budget and you can contact them by a number which starts on 8000... you have to pay 3 euros per min!!! and they don't answer.... so, money lost, no guarantee, Rakuten fucked you up and now I am doing the reparation of this objective in Canon's official service...probably It costs a lot.... so, fuck you, Rakuten. please, please, just hear me and never, please, never do it there. Just save the money and buy it in the official store. More than this! I leave here my advice to you because each time when I am trying to do it from my official cabinet on Rakuten errors happens.... how I hate you.
