Good experience thanks to rokan

Hello,
Yesterday i went shopping with mom- friends for our kids at primark liege. We are from the netherlands and every season we pay a visit to primark liege to shop for the new season.
I was looking for umbrellas for my children. I did not find them until i came to pay for the other things. I asked the lovely cashiere Rokan. She told me there are a few left at the line. She gave me the time to get them and there where the exact umbrellas (spiderman, and frozen). My kids where so happy! Al thanks to Rokan
