Great stay, shame no one replies to feedback
As returning customers, we genuinely enjoy the Sandaya brand and had a great time overall at Soulac Plage, so much so that we’d still consider coming back. What has left a bad taste, though, is that no one responds to feedback. We booked premium accommodation. The fire alarm in our unit repeatedly went off for no reason, which became a genuine safety concern and left us having to remove the battery to stop it. We also reported that the BBQ gas had run out, and despite raising it twice it was never replaced, so we were unable to use the BBQ for 3 of our 5 nights. Maintenance issues happen, and we’d happily have overlooked them had they been handled. What’s disappointing is the silence. I raised these points directly and again via email after our stay, and have had no response at any stage. A real shame for a brand we otherwise rate.
