Overall the stay was disappointing. There were no activities on site in the evenings. The Bar was closed most of the time. The pool closed every day for lunch from 1pm to 2pm. There was no entertainment in the bar when it was open. The shop was open for very limited hours. When people pay to go on holidays for a short stay, they expect the facilities to be open for that stay. We stayed on the same site during the same period in 2025 and there was a great atmosphere in the resort, with lots of people staying. This year, there were a lot less people staying. Overall the facilities were very clean and the pitch was excellent. But, Sandaya, you need to wake up and look after your holiday paying customers or you will have none. I love Sandaya sites and will come back but not if the customer service does not improve.
