We were very lucky with the weather — it was over 30°C all week at the end of May. The location was amazing, but unfortunately the slides were closed during our stay. We were a group of 12 (6 adults and 6 children aged 8–14), so it was obviously a bit disappointing for the kids. While staying poolside, one of our friends had their crocs stolen. When we asked the staff about it, they didn't do anything and simply accepted that this was the norm. Away from the pool, the restaurants and bars were also an issue. The app said they would be open until 22:00, but they often closed almost an hour earlier 😡, apparently because it wasn’t busy. One evening the pizza restaurant closed 10 minutes early. We went there with the kids to get a pizza, only for the lady to say it was “just closed.” At the end of the day, we pay a lot of money expecting a good level of service, but unfortunately it wasn't met. On the Sunday we visited the restaurant, our lovely waitress broke down in tears at the end of the service. She was overworked due to a lack of staff, and parts of our order were missed or mixed up. It's a real shame, as we had been looking forward to this holiday for a long time. Overall, it was not the best experience in that respect. oh the electric charge point also didn't work. But overall it was a lovely holiday and the campsite itself was very nice. Thank you
