This was our fourth stay at Cypsela Resort and, once again, we had a wonderful holiday.
The accommodation was excellent ? very clean, fully equipped and in a perfect location. The resort itself is well maintained, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful.
There were a couple of minor negatives. One member of staff at the takeaway was quite rude and dismissive. We were waiting to be served when he came out of the kitchen area and dealt with another couple who were collecting food, completely ignoring us. I eventually had to ask if we could place an order, and when we did, the order was incorrect. There was also a gentleman working in the shop who seemed as though he didn
