I strongly advise against this campsite. To sell their offers, the staff are very convincing and friendly. But once you?ve paid, their friendliness disappears they become unpleasant, even rude.

When you arrive, they demand a ?290 deposit, and once you?re there, you have to pay extra for absolutely everything, even things that should be included. The restaurant/snack bar is a real rip-off: I paid ?4.50 for a simple coffee and ?5.50 for a Coke more expensive than in the center of Zurich or Geneva! And the service is terrible.

Another bad surprise: you can?t walk to the beach. You have to book (and pay for) a boat shuttle in advance. The entertainment is useless and at the pool there are countless restrictions, some of them just ridiculous.

When I arrived late, the receptionist Leia had ?forgotten? to leave my key in the safe. I had to track down a waiter who gave me the night guard?s number. Luckily, the guard was the only truly helpful person and helped me sort things out.

The mobile home wasn?t even properly cleaned. When I mentioned it to Leia the next day, she didn?t take it well at all and turned very unpleasant and borderline rude.

In short, I will never set foot in this campsite again. If you still decide to go, good luck? and make sure you have your credit card ready!
