Excellent service après-vente. Ma télévision est arrivée intacte mais quand je l'ai allumée l'écran était endommagé. J'ai pu joindre Ubaldi au téléphone très facilement, la personne était très compréhensive, j'ai envoyé le mail avec photos, ils m'ont répondu très vite et très cordialement. 10 jours après j'avais ma nouvelle télévision. Je suis très satisfaite et recommanderai chez eux sans hésiter.
