We just had posted some presents from Greece to France. All arrived to Germany wrecked (ceramic & glasses were all broken). So passed this misadventure, I decided to open a claim. Then a person from from UPS went during working day without advising us. Then I phoned to the customer service but the person was not able to speak german and repeated constantly "please give the carton to the person from ups". After 15 minutes she began to understood and said tomorrow a person will pass but nobody came and the case was closed.
I then decided to reopen the claim but it is impossible, you can only send a mail to them limited to 500 caracters what I did without any answer.
UPS does'nt give a f*** if you have a problem with the delivery. That's a shame, it's expensive and really risky to go through their service. I will NEVER do that again.
I still hope that UPS will read this advice and can change my vision
