We have stayed in a number of Sandaya resorts. Cap Sud is beautiful with lovely facilities and a very high standard of accommodation. I have rated my satisfaction as 6 however as we were kept awake until 2am by excessive noise (rave music) from an event held on the rooftop bar one night. We raised this with the manager at the resort and we were offered a voucher for a meal at the restaurant although this excluded drinks and we were charged for a chantilly supplement on an ice cream even though desert was included. We also raised the compliant with head office and have been offered a 100Euro voucher for next season. We feel these compensatory gestures are very poor given the fact we lost a nights sleep during our holiday. We were also very disappointed when the golf buggy booked for 08:10 did not arrive to take out luggage to the car park so we had to carry it as we could not wait any longer as we were going to the airport.
