The safari tent was very well appointed and comfortable. The beds and linen were very comfortable. We found the site to be a mix of quiet shady relaxed spaces, and then a busier pool/bar area. Our tent area was perfectly tranquil during the day, but sadly after the entertainment ended all of the staff walked directly past our window where we slept (tent window so no noise protection), on gravel stones which made a lot of noise in the quiet of night, and they spoke in high/normal voices this lasted between 11-3am every night. The golf cart also drove right past the window multiple times every night - again over gravel each time making a loud racket. We woke every single night to this noise. We raised this with both campsite and Sandaya as advised by both, and neither acted on our concerns/complaint. For a beautiful campsite that promises peace and beauty the nighttime was truly awful for us and impacted on our experience of what was otherwise a beautiful place! Our score above relates to the terrible nights, but acknowledge the peace and tranquility of the day! For what we paid we expect better service than this.
