Sewage leak

We are a family of four with two young children. Our stay did not get off to a good start at all. We unpacked excited to settle in to the bungalow that we were allocated (Colores) behind the supermarket. After a while we notice a foul smell and realised there was a sewage leak under our bungalow causing a large pool of sewage under the deck and a river was flowing round the side of the bungalow. We notified reception immediately and were told that they would send someone to investigate. For the next number of hours we had two men digging under our deck. They said they couldnt fix the blockage and that a truck would come at 7am the next morning! We went to reception again. The girls on reception were extremely helpful however the manageress said there were no other bungalows available for the entirety of our stay and that we would have to move today and again in a few days time. This was not satisfactory. Thankfully, at around 8-9pm, one of the girls on reception found a bungalow for our whole stay. We had to pack everything up -and move to the very far end of Cypsela = La Vigne 48. This was far away from the amenities that we had wanted to be close to. When we chose our bungalow a large number of bungalows were available and we purposefully did NOT choose la Vigne bc of the distance to supermarket etc. We got to our bungalow and unpacked again and by that stage the supermarket and take away had closed. We could not give our children dinner. As compensation I was offered a 'wifi code' - which was part of our package anyway. I lodged a complaint the next day and never had a response although recption marked the complaint as 'grave'. I know Camping Cypsela extremely well as I used to come to Cyspela every summer (approx 10 previous occasions for durations of usually 6 weeks), I wanted to bring my children to experience Cyspsela - knowing of course that it had changed. The girls on reception were extremely kind in trying to deal with our issue - we too were very polite and reasonable - however we lost one full day of our holiday due to a health and safety issue and requested ONE night's refund from our bill atCamping Cyspsela. I have a copy of the complaint form and photos of the sewage leak. The staff (esp the girls on reception) were lovely as were the bar, super market and security staff. I was concerned by just how many underage youths werre drinking alcohol and smoking outside the Bowling area which made the area quite unpleasant in the evening. I really loved the Cyspela of old, I speak Spanish and know the region very well. I expect things to change - but the facilities especially the pool area is overcrowded.
