Lovely area, poor service

We had very bad weather conditions, which of course the campsite could do nothing about. But we went to ask for help twice, once because there was a lot of water staying on our camping pitch ( this was not looked into and no solution was given). A second time to ask if we could not rebook from a simple camping pitch to a cottage because we were with a 2-year-old child (We simply got the answer that there was no more space, while more than half of the cottages were empty).
