The facilities are very poor compared to what is advertised.
The tennis court is old and uneven. It is very dangerous to play on, easy to twist an ankle. The surface is not level and the ball does not bounce properly.
The multisport area including table tennis tables are VERY poorly maintained. There are weeds everywhere and it looks poorly maintained.
The pool area is only ok. The paving needs cleaning and there were no parasols or shade anywhere.
Our cabin had issues constantly and I had to go to reception every day.
- electricity failed multiple times
- the water boiler did not work 80% of the time (cold water only)
It was an overall disappointing stay considering we had chosen it based on the ?5 stars?. It is 2-3 stars at best.
