Started off with a 30 minute wait to check in.
Meal in restaurant first night was a disaster. We went there with friends, so 6 adults and 6 children. Two prawn meals, the prawns were raw and had to be sent back, only to take another 20 minutes to get the (now burnt) meals. My daughter?s burger didn?t arrive until after everyone was finished their meal. The other children meal arrived toward the end.
Restaurant would get a 4 rating from me.
One pillow was really bad, filling was almost non-existent, this should have been checked before we arrived.
Friend?s bedding was dirty.
Electricity was turned off at 9am on the day we were due to leave, same as for our friends.
Pools were great, beach was excellent!
Bicycle hire was good too.
Very relaxed environment.
Shop on-site was not bad with fresh bread baked daily.
