Unacceptable experience
My mum took Flixbus from Lausanne to Bordeaux on 31/12/16 to arrive on 1/1/17 with connection in Lyon. In Lyon, connection is 1h45 late (it was midnight...), then cancelled and the station closes. My mum is outside at 2 am. She takes a taxi to go sleep. The next day she calls FlixBus who says bus travel and taxi will be reimbursed and that she has to go home by herself but that she will be reimbursed. And now, FlixBus refuses to reimburse the taxi and the flight and they only reimbursed the bus cancelled from Lyon to Bordeaux but they did not reimbursed the bus from Lausanne to Lyon ! Unacceptable...
