Before ordering online I looked carefully the pictures on the web page, even more I went to the shop to look at the sapphires as I know that often pictures don’ t correspond to the real items. Everything seemed more or less ok, the sapphires in the shop were with good clarity level for 9 carats gold and with nice blue shades. As the ring with sapphire that I wanted was not available in the shops that are located in my region, I ordered it online. And I got a piece of s....., I can’t name it otherwise. The sapphire was black, not blue, it was even not the lowest clarity level, but something worse, this “wanna be” sapphire was with dull greyish-brownish shades, no blue colour. Some minor scratches were seen on it even without magnifying glass. Unfortunately I can’t add a picture here. Sapphires like I got are often even not considered like sapphires because of their low quality. I guess that they use low quality gems to train new jewelers( how to explain scratches on the sapphire and the fact that shop owns the gems that are not even gems) or something like this and then try to sell them online like normal gems, expecting that customers are idiots. Complete rip-off that I never expected from the shop with “name and history”. Of course, I returned the ring immediately in one of their shops, the sellers even didn’t lok surprised. It means that praxis like this (trying to rip off) is normal for this shop. Now I am waiting for refund, fortunately I paid via paypal (thanks God) and if there will be some more issues or delays, it will be quite easy to get back money.
