THE WORST METRO IN THE WORLD - NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER

I had a very bad experience in the Paris Metro on 28 01 2019 :
I entered the metro at Les Halles Ffor Line 1. As when you enter here, I went thru the main RER entrance ande the exit of the RER area in direction of Line 1 (transfer), my ticket was swallowed by the machine opening the exit of RER to Line 1.
The door was nevertheless open opened and I continued towards Franklin Roosevelt Station without any more ticket.
At Franklin Roosevelt I was fined for not having ticket. Nobody wanted to believe me. I wrote to complain, believing RATP could check I was telling the truth (I indicated in my mail the exact location of the misfunctioning machine, so RATP could check thru maintenance reports that this was true). They wrote me a quite standard and impolite answer denying me the right to get reimbursed.

I am French, 67 years old, formerly a finance manager and there is of course no reason for me to fraud. I must add that I have never frauded !

When adding to that the horrible state of the metro, the worst in the world for me - and I have experience : I visited 180 countries in tne world) :
- high degree of unsecureness
- mlots of beggars annoying people in the stations and in the trains
- a high degree of unreliability : I use the metro quite a lot living in Paris) and I encounter delays (often long) once every 2 or 3 days

you can be sure THIS METRO IS THE WORST IN THE WORLD AND THAT HONEST PEOPLE ARE NOT CONSIDERED !
