2nd visit here but we wouldn't come again!

We stayed before in 2019 and had a great holiday. The facilities were looking tired this time, and were not as clean as you come to expect from a Sandaya site. The outside gym/play area had been taken away which was a shame. The tourist information was very unhelpful and ruined 2 of our days from staff not doing what they should and could have done. The bar wasn't always open, and the restaurant wasn't worth going to
