5 start site but not experience

Size and quality of pitch was poor (very uneven and a tree in the middle)
Reported a blocked sink twice before it was rectified.
Bar staff were bordering on rude and ignored us numerous occasions.
Not enough washing machines or dryers for a site with that many people on.
No fridges to hire on site and got told to contact a local supplier if we wanted one. For a 5 star site we thought they might do this for us.
