Accommodation was okay. Clean and modern. The outside furniture was so uncomfortable. Absolutely no privacy. Looks like someone has been round and hacked all the trees and bushes. Pool was disappointing and lots of stone around. Seemingly no rules about use of slides. Dangerous behaviours of other visitors spoilt it for our children. The whole park seems to be over run by older kids who had no consideration to anyone but themselves. Constant flying up and down on bikes - it’ll not be long before an accident! Restaurant was poor choice, expensive and bad value for money. We had a chicken skewer which cost ?15 for literally 4 small chunks of chicken. Takeaway pizzas were nice but took a hour and a half after ordering. Staff were not approachable. Wrong order brought for drinks in the restaurant and when questioned we were told they didn?t have our choices but these ones were better and then walked off despite us not wanting that choice. Kids area was like a zoo. Not big enough for the number of children there and no one stepping in when the kids who were way too old were using the equipment unsafely around the age group it was intended for. Sat waiting for the mini disco for ages before noticing someone else complaining that no one had told them it wasn?t in the bar. Receptionist was extremely dismissive of the fact we?d run out of gas and had no hot water. Told us it would be resolved at some point. Very relieved to leave after two nights. Does not compare to other Sandayas. We spent 5 nights at a much better site for the same price as 2 nights at this awful one!
