Disappointing Stay in the mobile home

We stayed in a mobile home at the Sandaya campsite and were very disappointed. The furniture and interior were extremely outdated and dirty. We were aware that the accommodation would be basic, but the condition was absolutely not acceptable for the price. The floor was damaged, the outdoor table was so filthy that we couldn’t eat on it, and we even pulled a moldy salad spinner out of the cupboard. We reported all of this immediately, and while there were some attempts to help, they were very superficial. There was no real gesture of goodwill or proper solution. We won’t be spending another holiday at this campsite. The only positive aspect was the children’s entertainment program. In the beginning, the French program was translated directly into English with care, but after a few days, this effort noticeably declined. For me, as a fluent French speaker, this was not a problem, but our friends, who don’t speak French, could hardly follow the evening shows anymore.
