Doors didn?t close properly in the toilet/shower block, showers didn?t work properly(barely came any

Doors didn?t close properly in the toilet/shower block, showers didn?t work properly(barely came any water) and the temperature fluctuates all the time. The button was very hard to press, and the place overall needs refurbishment. The website sells you an very high standard infrastructure and that definitely was a disappointment when we got there.
There was dog poo all over our pitch and we had to clean it off our tent. The smell was disgusting.
I understand birds are good but the amount of pigeon poo on our tent was ridiculous.
The pitch was very small as well.
The swimming pool floor is very harsh on the feet and our kid came out with his feet bleeding. There was a very loud bang on the covered swimming pool and looked like the glass around was about to break.
I understand it can be cultural difference but I thought quite disgusting not having toilet seats and my little ones almost fell in the toilet
The floor in the toilet is extremely slippery as well and my kids kept falling there.
It only hand one hand washing station with hand soap
Overall very disappointing.
