I paid extra for the premium cocoon and first of all, one of the toilets was broken, the grill was not cleaned and the loungers outside were dirty, these were all reported to reception and the grill got cleaned and it was aknowleged that the toilet was broken and not filling properly. On top of that though, the filter for the dish washer was dirty and the kettle was half full of water and we had no idea how long this had been sitting in the kettle so it had be boiled a couple of times before we could use it, i did not report these to reception as they were issues that i could fix myself but i didi feel that after payeing ?1400 i shouldn
